Our Executive Trailer offers the best of the best.  Our  90" 4k display  provides you with the ultimate outdoor display, pro audio system, interior lounge featuring a bar area, mini fridge, sofa, 43" television and access to your own private restroom.  The Executive trailer has restroom holding capacity for the  largest groups, approx. 75+ guest over a 8 hour period.

 

When you book our Executive package your event will be delivered with the following items:

 

-15' x 8' Shade Awning

-(1) 10' x 10' Shade Tent

-(1) 120 Quart Cooler

-(10) Large Padded Chairs

-(2) 6' Serving Tables

-(1) 36" Flat Top Griddle

-(2) 30 Gallon Trash Cans

- Toilet Paper and Hand Towels In Restroom

-(1) Cornhole Board Set

-(1) Giant Connect Four

-(1) Giant Jenga Game

 

Additional items in each category are available as needed.

 

*Events are based on a running time of up to 8 hrs between the hours of 7am and 10pm.  Football events have a start time of 6 hours prior to kickoff and end 30 minutes after the game ends.  Additional time after the end of the game can be added at your request.  Additional hours are billed at the rate of $75 per hour.

 

*Additonal mileage is available at $2.50 per mile after the first 20 miles from Cleveland, Ohio.  Ohio State Events are provided at a flat rate.

-Cleveland Games: $2900.  All Standard Equipment Included.  Trailer plus 2 event spaces Included.

-OSU -Fyffe Road: $3900   All Standard Equipment, Friday night arrival.  Trailer and event space included lawn side
